Previously i planned to create a product where the product is obscured in some form of way but I decided to go about that in another way and instead of hiding the product i created a realistic looking curtain then placed it at either side of the can and cut out a middle section for the can to stand in. This allowed me to get the feeling of a grand reveal but still show off the product.

The use of a slogan is very common in forms of advertising whether said method is a for of tradition media or modern. The reason is because they are effective, almost every advertising campaign has a slogan and slogans change over a products lifespan, for example Coca Cola's slogan has changed a lot over its lifespan like "Open happiness" or "Taste the feeling". A companies slogan is one of the first impressions the customer will have of the brand and so it needs to be effective, clear and concise. The slogans goal is to create an initial bond with the customer, when thinking about my slogan I came up with a lot of ideas but I liked how simple and straight to the point "healthier energy for you" was as it jumped straight to the point of the energy drink being the unique selling point while telling the customers what was so good about our product and why they should buy it.

USP / distinguishing features
The unique selling point is what separates our product from our competitors and the reason why customers should buy our drink over other brands. As for Litho its unique selling point is the new healthier take on energy drinks, seeing as leading brands energy drinks aren't very healthy Litho wants to introduce a new take on energy drinks with a healthy alternative.

For Litho's advertising it follows some traditional norms when it comes to advertising a product such as trying to distinguish itself from it's competitor's products, most drinks do this by making the container for the drink easy to recognise and I chose a very unique design and a theme. The theme for the decorations is nature so I chose to create the can with both the brand logo on as other leading brands do as well as add a distinguishing shape on the can that will help to separate us from our competitor's drinks. I did this by creating a reoccurring design this being a tree on each of the advertising material as well as the can of the drink, the tree is present across all forms of the brands identity in some form or way. For example on the can it is imprinted into the metal, on the billboard it is a faded background shape and it is also in the background of the brands logo. 

Slogan
For my brands slogan I chose the slogan "Healthier energy for you" because it gets the brands purpose across very easily, its easy to understand aswell as being short enough to be easily rememberable. The simplicity of the slogan makes it a quick read and understandable thus allowing anyone to understand the ideals and goals of Litho. 

For most brands they pick a color scheme and stick with it but with Litho I have made the logo so the shape and design is unique but easy to change color, this is because incase the brand release more drinks and the old logo doesnt look good with the can it can be changed to a suitable color which blends better and is just more apealing to look at.

The product Litho produces is a canned energy drink, the mock up of the can looks great because the can is a 3d render that has been turned into a 2D object so the can looks perfectly real and with some image editing the images on the can warp around the can further enhancing the realisticness of the product.
